Your Satisfaction Is Important To Us
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn with all buttons, tags, etc., attached and in " new and original condition". Your return must be postmarked within 15* days from the date your order was received for a refund, and within 60 days for an exchange or merchandise credit. Additional time is allowed for returning Christmas gifts and other gifts* (see note below). For merchandise returned after 15 days, you will receive a merchandise credit (gift certificate) good towards any future purchase at The Pajama Shoppe. Returns that are excessively wrinkled may incur a 15% restocking fee.

IMPORTANT: Please do not return items that are worn, soiled, ripped, or damaged in any way -- They will not be accepted as a return.

The Pajama Shoppe prides itself in selling only brand new merchandise. Most items are returnable, however, in new condition, but please note the items that are not returnable.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN any of the following intimate items:

  • Bras, Bustiers & Corsets
  • Camisoles & Tap Pants
  • Stockings
  • Thongs / Panties
  • Boxed / Prepackaged Lingerie
  • Clearance Sale items

Please do not return items after 60 days of purchase --- they will be refused and returned to you.

Please do not return items without your invoice number on the mailing label and your completed Return Form within the package -- they will be refused and returned to you.

Orders placed after October 30, 2010 must follow the procedures below when returning items:

  1. Repack your return. Fold item(s) neatly and place back in its plastic bag with all original tags and inserts and pack in a box. If you use the original packaging, remove or cover the original shipping label. When using your own packaging, please use a quality bag or carton. You can get a Priority Mail box from your Post Office at no charge. Please do not use a regular envelope unless your items were shipped to you in a similar container.
  2. Complete the Return Form. Complete the Return Form located in Part C of your invoice. Fill in the quantity and write down the reason for return and whether you want a refund or exchange, sign and date, and enclose with your return. Returns will not be accepted without this completed form enclosed. If you have misplaced your Return Form, see instructions below "Returns without Return Form".
  3. Return your merchandise. Ship your return either insured and/or with a delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost returns. A preaddressed return label located on Part C of your invoice is available for your convenience, you may affix it to the outside of your package with clear tape or glue. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement. You may return your merchandise by mailing the items to the address on your Return Form.

Returns without Return Form
If you cannot locate the Return Form that came with your order, please send an email to Customer Service: with a request for a duplicate Return Form supplying all the information that you can about your order.

*Gift Returns. Items purchased for Christmas gifts (in December) must be returned by Jan. 15th of the following year for a refund, or by Jan. 30th (or within 60 days of purchase) for an exchange or merchandise credit. Other gifts are allowed 30 days to be returned for a refund.

If you received this merchandise as a gift, follow return steps 1 through 3. Indicate whether you want an exchange or a gift certificate sent to you.

Return Process
Once your return is received by us, it will be reviewed by our Quality Control Team in our Returns Department. Any item that shows signs of wear or has been engraved, altered, resized or damaged will not be accepted as a return. Returns that are improperly packaged or damaged will be refused.

You will receive an email notification when your merchandise ships. If you ordered an exchange, your credit card will be charged for the cost to ship your exchanged merchandise. If you would like to expedite the shipping of your exchange, you may place a new order online and we will issue a refund for your return.

A refund will be issued to your credit card within 20 days after we receive your return in acceptable condition. If you paid by money order, a check will be mailed to you. A $5.00 processing fee will be applied per item. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Should the actual shipping charges be higher than the shipping charges you paid, the balance will be deducted from your refund. If you chose "Free Shipping", a shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 21 days. It takes approximately 21 business days for us to receive and process your return. We willl credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling). Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Damaged Shipments
We make every effort to make sure your package arrives in good condition. However, we cannot be responsible for unforeseen problems with carriers. Sometimes, damage to shipments do occur. If there appears to be shipping damage, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps: 1) Promptly contact the office of the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report; 2) Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF, as this may delay your reorder or credit. E-mail us at

to inform us of the damaged merchandise that will be returned and we will send you a duplicate order unless you cancel.

Refused Shipments
If you refuse the shipment after you place an order, you may incur a 15% restocking fee if not refused for a valid reason. If you chose FedEx or UPS for shipping, these carriers charge a reshipping fee which we will bill to your credt card.

Special Orders
Special orders and bulk orders are not returnable. This means orders for 4 or more items in the same style and color or any special order that The Pajama Shoppe may order from a manufacturer specifically for a customer that is not a regular stock item.
